The now scrappy Bruins try to spend some more time in Shabazz's home by winning again in Las Vegas in the PAC 12 Tournament. Tonight they play Arizona who is a 4 point favorite despite UCLA beating them twice this year. Arizona has a bunch of raw talented big guys and Vegas believes that even a game coach as bad as Sean Miller will figure out how to take advantage of UCLA in three games. Really though this game should be easy to figure out, if you score more than 70 or more against Arizona you win as has happen in all 6 of Arizona's losses. So can UCLA's offense put together two good halves and finish the Mildcats?
I would like to direct you to a preview on the official UCLA site but this is the UCLA athletic site that still features Tyler Lamb so there is no official UCLA preview. However, the Arizona preview does mention that Bill Walton will be doing the game tonight. Should be some reason for even Fox to turn on the sound.
In seriousness, a win tonight would be helpful to tournament seeding as not just Vegas but RPI and rankings over value Arizona. A win tonight may help keep UCLA out west as well without having to winning the championship game.
Go Bruins!
