Count On Me Foundation: Watch the Kings and Help L.A. Area Kids! Three Ways to Help

We all know about the Count On Me Foundation and the good it does for kids in the L.A. area. Well there are three things you can do this week to help and one should be a hoot!

First, the Staples Center Foundation and AEG are sponsoring a Count On Me Night:

As you can see $125 gets you a seat in the "suite life" and a great night with the Championship Kings. From the press release:

Come enjoy the "suite" life and watch the LA Kings annihilate the Florida Panthers on November 18th - all while supporting the Jim Mora Count On Me Family Foundation!

Enjoy a night of Los Angeles Kings hockey generously hosted by AEG & the Staples Center Foundation in an exclusive Staples Center suite filled with food, drink, fun and festivities! A few select UCLA and AEG auction items will be available to help even more kids in need and at risk in the community!

Please visit MoraCountonMe.eventbrite.com to snag your tickets before they're gone!

Thank you for your support of kids in need through Count On Me!

The second thing is you can make a contribution every time you shop at Amazon. You can see the details here or do one of the following:

  1. Register one time at www.Smile.Amazon.com, sign in to your amazon account, the search for The Jim Mora Count On Me Family Foundation Inc., select them and start shopping. OR
  2. Go to www.CountOnMeFoundation.org and click on the amazon.com logo.

And the third way is by supporting the Bus 2 The Bowl which helps deserving kids attend a UCLA game at the Rose Bowl and have their own awesome tailgating experience.

More than 250 deserving 7-13 year olds from Victorville, Watts/Willowbrook, Central and East LA, Northridge and Pasadena will be bused to the Rose Bowl, treated to a pregame meal and the UCLA Tailgating Experience all before entering Rose Bowl stadium to enjoy the UCLA Bruin football game. Post-game snacks for the bus ride home, t-shirts and swag bags are also provided. Hosted by staff and volunteers of the Foundation, the remaining UCLA home game on November 28 will provide a similar opportunity and experience for youth across the Los Angeles basin.

To find out more about Bus 2 The Bowl visit there site here.

Enjoy the week and I hope you can all help in some way. Go Kings!

And of course...

Go Bruins!
