Happy thanksgiving everyone.
This one will be a different than any other Turkey day we have had in recent years as we will all be waiting anxiously for a huge UCLA game on Friday. I know that two years ago we were also playing Stanford after thanksgiving but that one was a bit anti-climatic because we had already clinched a spot in the Pac-12 championship game. Hopefully the results are different tomorrow.
Today I imagine lot of BNers will be tuning into the 49ers-Seahawks game tonight at 5:30 pm PST in the annual "What's your deal" home and home series. Except for like 3 Bruins who live in Seattle area (j/k), guess majority will be rooting either against Cheatey Petey or for Coach Jim Harbaugh. Bears-Lions and Cowboys-Eagles will square off in the traditional Detroit/Dallas games. Full NFL schedule here.
For all UCLA football fans – we got a huge game of interest this evening in Austin when No. 5 TCU (9-1) visits improving Texas (6-5). A Longhorn upset would be very nice here for UCLA. There is also another game between LSU (7-4) and Texas A&M (7-4). You can tune in if you are a hard core recruiting junkie and check out how former Bruin targets like Kyle Allen (A&M) and Malachi Dupree (LSU) are performing for their college teams.
I will also leave you all with a general college football times and TV schedule for the entire long thanksgiving weekend. This can serve as a general open thread for all non UCLA games for both today and tomorrow. We will have a separate open thread on Saturday.
