2014 NCAA Basketball Championship Game Open Thread

Open thread tracking the 2014 NCAA Men's Basketball national championship game

Ronald Martinez

This is it - in just over half an hour, the final college basketball game of the 2013-14 season will tip off. UConn and Kentucky will be playing for the national championship in Jerry World "North Texas". As Ajax noted in his preview of the semifinal games on Saturday, the UCLA angle to this game is more likely in scouting the stadium in advance of this fall's football game v. Texas than noting the experience of a basketball championship. But for now, lets just sit back and enjoy the last couple hours of college basketball that we will get until late next fall.

Tonight's game is scheduled to tip off at 6:10pm pacific time, televised on CBS and available to stream via March Madness Live. Congrats to Kentucky and UConn in making it to the championship game. Also congrats to JeffreyC, who has already clinched the championship of the Bruins Nation Tourney Pick'em group.

This is your open thread for the end of March Madness.

Go Bruins!
