UCLA Bruins v. Kansas State Wildcats Alamo Bowl First Half Gamethread

Bruins Nation's first half gamethread for UCLA football's final game of the 2014 season, at the Alamo Bowl versus the Kansas State Wildcats.

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Allright folks, gametime is just about upon us. In just over half an hour from now, the Bruins and Kansas State Wildcats will be starting their final game of the 2014 season, and the last game for a number of graduating seniors and worthy early NFL draftees like Brett Hundley

ESPN will be broadcasting the game this afternoon, with Joe Tessitore, Brock Huard and Shannon Spake calling the action. The video stream can be accessed at ESPN3.com, while the national audio feed can be streamed through ESPNradio or the free TuneIn radio app on your smartphone or tablet. Chris Roberts will be calling his final Bruin Football game for the UCLA Radio Network (AM570 or your local affiliate).

To pass the time before the 3:45pm PST scheduled kickoff, read up on the lead-in to today's game in our Alamo Bowl hub, including our Oppo Previews of Kansas State and the excellent Q&A series between the editors here and the writers at SBN's Bring on the Cats.

This is your open thread for the first half of the Alamo Bowl.

GO BRUINS!
