UCLA Basketball: Colorado Game Thread -- PAC-12 Opener

After a nightmarish out-of-conference schedule, the Bruins look to get a fresh start in the PAC-12 season opener on the road at Colorado. Colorado has had similar issues to UCLA, and both schools would love to turn things around starting tonight.

The 8-5 UCLA Bruins travel to Boulder to take on the 7-5 Colorado Buffaloes. Tip-off is set for 7:01 PM PT. You can catch the game on Fox Sports 1. Aaron Goldsmith and Corey Williams will be calling the game. You can also listen on Tunein Radio or 570 AM. Follow along with live stats here.

This is the PAC-12 season opener, and both teams are looking for a fresh start after disappointing out-of-conference performances.

Colorado opens up as the five point favorite. As DC said, Colorado and UCLA have similar issues at this point with shoot-first guards and turnovers. That said, Colorado is a defensive team and UCLA is an offensive team (at least they think they are). The Bruins would love to be in Pauley right now and against Utah on Sunday, but they're not so this might end up eerily similar to the Alabama game.
