Happy Monday! Hopefully some of you have some time off this week from the work grind. If so, awesome! Read on. If not, catch up on What's Bruin before you head off to work . . .

Football

The UCLA football team finished their last practice in Westwood on Saturday, had the day off yesterday, and will make the trip to the Bay Area this morning. They'll conduct a walk-through this afternoon and begin their "normal routine" on Tuesday, in preparation for the Foster Farms Bowl on Saturday against the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. Check out Coach Mora's press conference after Saturday's practice:

The biggest takeaway from this interview, IMO, is that Coach Mora is not sure if Offensive Coordinator, Noel Mazzone, will be healthy enough to coach on Saturday, after he was hospitalized last week for a reported blood clot in his lung. If there is a contingency plan in place, Coach Mora did not disclose it. Best wishes to Coach Mazzone for a speedy recovery.

Men's Basketball Recruiting

ESPN has a short video piece on the Class of 2016 in the PAC 12, most of which focuses on UCLA's #4 class, highlighted by Lonzo Ball and T.J. Leaf.

Women's Basketball

The Bruins beat up on Sacramento State 109-76 last Friday night to raise their record to 7-2, and now travel slightly to the south and west to Berkeley, to face the Golden Bears tonight in a non-conference game. Check back with BN later today for Bruinette88's preview of the game.

That's it for today's What's Bruin. It is game week for Nebraska! Check in with BN later this week for in depth coverage as the Bruins prepare to face the Cornhuskers.

Go Bruins!
