Another Salute To Troy event, another black eye for the Trojans. You may recall that, after last year's event, CB Josh Shaw claimed to have dove from the second story of a relative's house in Palmdale to save a drowning cousin when, in reality, he injured both his ankles fleeing from the scene of his girlfriend's apartment after police were called.
So, what did u$c do for an encore?
Apparently, USC Head Coach Steve Sarkisian got hammered and took to the stage of this big-money donor event slurring his words and dropped at least one f-bomb. Pat Haden and John McKay were apparently seen talking to him backstage and his assistants finished the program, according to the poster on USCfootball.com.
According to Twitter reports, Sark also called out Arizona State, Oregon and Notre Dame by saying they suck.
"They all suck!" RT @FightOnRob: Coach Sark just said Arizona St, Notre Dame, and Oregon suck!

Sarkisian has apologized via a statement on usctrojans.com:
I sincerely apologize to my players and staff and to our fans for my behavior and my inappropriate language at our kickoff event Saturday night. I have a responsibility to all of them and I let them down. Pat Haden talked to me after the event about my actions and I assured him this will not happen again.
Meanwhile, USC Athletic Director Pat Haden issued the following statement at the same time:
I met with Coach Sarkisian and I expressed my disappointment in the way he represented himself and the University at our Salute To Troy event. While the details of our conversation will remain between us, I am confident he heard my message loud and clear.
