What's Bruin: UCLA Coordinating Its Preparation for BYU

There are two more days until we get to play more football in the Rose Bowl. Let's start off this morning and see What's Bruin in the world of UCLA Athletics.

FOOTBALL

David Woods of Bruin Report Online posted video yesterday of Offensive Coordinator Noel Mazzone talking about how he expects his offense to matchup with BYU this weekend.

Woods also had video of Defense Coordinator Tom Bradley talking about this week's matchup, too.

Chris Foster of the LA Times shared some notes after Wednesday's practice, notably that Jake Brendel participated fully, and that Myles Jack "got a direct speaking to" about being disciplined this Saturday against BYU.

Baseball

As the divisional and playoff races come down to the wire, Bay Area Bruin Baseball fans will see a familiar face out at AT&T Park for the San Francisco Giants. Bruin star Trevor Brown was called up from AAA Sacramento to fill out the expanded roster for the Giants, and becomes the tenth active Bruin in the majors right now.
