What's Bruin: UCLA Football Getting A Lot Of Love From ESPN After Arizona Win

After this weekend's win against U of A, the Bruins are getting a lot of love from tWWL.

Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning, Bruin fans! This morning, the news still continues to be all about this weekend's win in Arizona. And, in fact, a lot of it seems to be coming from the same source. Yup, that's right. Our beloved Bruins are finally getting some love from ESPN. Let's take a look at What's Bruin.

We'll start with a Helmet Sticker for Paul Perkins and his three touchdown runs on Saturday night.

Next up, we have the latest Pac-12 Power Ratings. Not only are the Bruins at the top of the power ratings, but ESPN writer Kevin Gemmell takes a swipe at Southern Cal, writing "If you don’t like where you’re ranked, beat an FBS team not from the Sun Belt Conference." Ouch.

ESPN also has their weekly illustrated guide to games that impacted the playoff race. UCLA's win is included here, but this is noteworthy because of the image included with it. It features a bear with his feet kicked up on his wildcat rug, drinking some wine. This, of course, begs the question if this is a reference to Dan Guerrero's affinity for Italy and Italian wine. The bear kind of has a resemblance, but you can judge for yourself.

In another article, ESPN's Heather Dinich writes that UCLA is the team to beat in the Pac-12 South.

While there was some love from the Pac-12 Power Ratings, the ESPN National Power Rankings give UCLA even more love, ranking the Bruins at #3.

The ESPN love continues with Playoff and Bowl Projections from Mark Schlabach and Brett McMurphy.

And, finally, we wrap up today's ESPN UCLA Lovefest with an admission that they totally underestimated the Bruins.

In other news this morning, Bruin Report Online has video of Deon Hollins from after Saturday night's game.

And, that's What's Bruin....

Go Bruins!!!
