Tonight's college football slate is remarkably thin. There are just four games on tap tonight.
Realistically, this is probably the only game worth watching at that's the Duke-Louisville matchup. This battle of two basketball powerhouses should be a fun game to watch because David Cutcliffe has done a great job improving the Duke Football program and Louisville has far exceeded expectations in the first half of the season. Of course, a lot of the credit for that has to go to the Cardinals' explosive sophomore quarterback Lamar Jackson who leads the nation in rushing touchdowns with 14.
The next game on the schedule is Memphis at Tulane. While Memphis has been a program that looks to be on the rise, Tulane has historically been one of the worst teams in college football.
When San Diego State heads to Fresno State, it will pit the Aztecs who are off to a 4-1 start against the Bulldogs who have lost four in a row. This one could prove interesting since the winner gets the "Old Oil Can" trophy in this rivalry game that dates back to 1923.
The final game tonight features BYU hosting Mississippi State. The Bulldogs are looking to bounce back from last week's loss to Auburn, but BYU who beat Michigan State last week may prove to be too much for Mississippi State.
