Friday Night Football: SDSU Looks To Stay Undefeated In the Mountain West

There are only three games on tap, but one includes the first team from California to become bowl eligible.

Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

There are only three games on tap tonight. And, frankly, none of them are really worth watching.

The "marquee" matchup for tonight features #22 Navy visiting the University of South Florida. Former Bruin Asiantti Woulard got hurt in training camp and is no longer on the roster for the Bulls. Meanwhile, Navy has continued winning games with the oldest school offense in the country.

The other two games are Mountain West matchups featuring San Diego State vs. Utah State and Air Force vs. Fresno State. While San Diego State started the season strong enough to be ranked in the top 25, but their loss to South Alabama knocked them out of the polls. They have won three straight, though, and are now 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the Mountain West.

Heck, with that record, they're bowl eligible already. It's Mora than we can say for another football team we all know and love.
