Will the Bruins breakthrough and end their four-game losing streak tonight? Or will UCLA's misery continue?
Those are the questions we face heading into tonight's game against Oregon State.
Last season, in Corvallis, UCLA shutout the Beavers 41-0. That isn't likely to happen tonight because the Bruins have struggled most of the season. Are the Beavers improved enough to come into the Rose Bowl and walk out with a win?
At this point, I'll probably be more surprised by a UCLA win than another loss, but that's due to my lack of faith in Coach Mora's ability to right the ship. He probably could have weeks ago by firing offensive line coach and run game coordinator Adrian Klemm, but, for some reason, he hasn't despite a "Show Cause" order from the NCAA.
Tonight's game is a must-win if the team is going to hold onto any hope at all of going to a third-tier bowl game this year.
Game Time Weather Forecast
It should be cloudy and mild in Pasadena this evening for tonight's game. Look for it to be about 72 degrees at kickoff with 29% humidity. Expect the temperature to drop to the upper 60s by the time the game is over.
