So, there was no surprise this year on Selection Sunday. The Bruins won't be playing this year, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the NCAA Tournament.
Of course, the best way to enjoy the Tournament is to join in a Bracket Challenge. As we have in years past, the BN team has set up a Bruins Nation group for our Tournament Bracket Challenge.
This year, SB Nation has partnered with Yahoo! Sports.
We will use traditional scoring of 32 available points per round. So, each game in the first round is worth 1 point. Each game in the second round is worth 2 points. Each Sweet 16 game is worth 4 points. Each Elite Eight game is worth 8 points. The National Semifinals are worth 16 points each and the National Championship game is worth 32 points.
So, if you think you have what it takes to claim bragging rights this year, head over to Yahoo! Sports, click on "Join a Private Pool", and sign up now! Unfortunately, there are no prizes other than bragging rights, but, hey, it's also free to join! Just ask yumes who won last year.
Our group is a private group so you'll need to know the name and the password in order to join. But, despite that, all Bruins Nation members are welcome to participate!
Our Group ID is: 44208
Our Group Password is: TonyParker
Just be sure to make your picks by the time the Tournament starts on Thursday because once it starts all picks will be locked.
Good luck and Go Bruins!
UPDATE: My apologies to everyone. You will also need the Group ID which has been added above.
