Three years ago, I started what has become a Bruins Nation tradition. And, I am pleased to announce that the tradition will continue again this year.
Our Spring Practice Saturday Breakfast gatherings return again this Saturday with the first Saturday practice of the Spring Football.
For anyone who may not be familiar with the schedule, please review our article which announced the Spring Practice Schedule.
The plan will be to meet at Headlines Diner in Westwood just as we have in the past. However, due to different practice start times each week. The time we meet will vary slightly.
Also, last year, we ran into a situation where the size of the group was a little big for the small setting of Headlines. So, this year, I'm going to ask anyone who plans to attend to RSVP by emailing me no later than noon Friday each week. That way, I have an idea of how many people to expect and can figure out whether we might need to switch to some place (Denny's?) that can handle a larger group.
For this first weekend, practice begins at 9 am, meaning we should head to campus no later than 8:30 am. We'll meet on Saturday morning at 7:30 am. If you plan to attend, please email me by noon Friday.
Additional information will be posted each week regarding the time for that week's breakfast.
