This morning begins with a rematch of the Memphis Tigers and the UCF Knights at 9:00 AM PT. Back on September 30, UCF trounced Memphis 40-13, handing the Tigers their only loss of the season. UCF comes into this championship game one of only two undefeated teams in the country, so this game will be incredibly important for determining the postseason for these teams.
Additionally, the No. 3 Oklahoma Sooners and the No. 11 TCU Horned Frogs will face off at 9:30 AM PT in the Big 12 Championship game. Sooner quarterback Baker Mayfield led his team past the Horned Frogs when he threw three touchdown passes while Rodney Anderson racked up 290 yards and four touchdowns as they rolled past TCU 38-20 on Veterans Day. Oklahoma is 5-1 in six meetings with the TCU, and with a playoff appearance on the line, the Sooners are looking for a repeat performance when they meet in Arlington this morning.
