Tonight, we have two games on the docket, and all teams involved are from the Mountain West Conference.
First off, the Colorado State Rams will visit the Boise State Broncos for a 6:00 pm PT kick off. Boise State is favored by over three touchdowns, and the expected combined score keeps climbing. Brett Rypien is the senior starting quarterback for the Broncos, and is expected to put up over 300 yards in tonight’s contest. While both teams enter with identical conference records, I don’t think the Rams are going to pull off the upset tonight.
At 7:00 pm PT, the Air Force Falcons will be making the trip to Vegas to take on the UNLV Rebels in a game where both teams are looking for their first conference win. It’s possible the Falcons will start their fourth quarterback of the season, as the first three have been sidelined with injuries. The Rebels also lost their starting quarterback to a serious toe injury, so I’d expect both teams to be relying more on their run game to put points on the board.
