How to Watch Stanford Cardinal at UCLA Bruins: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio and More

The Bruins wrap up their season with a game against the Cardinal at the Rose Bowl. Can UCLA end Stanford’s winning streak?

Tomorrow, the UCLA Bruins will face the Stanford Cardinal in the Bruins’ final game of the season.

The Bruins are playing for pride tomorrow since there is no chance UCLA will be playing in a bowl game this season. But, after beating Southern Cal last week, the Bruins can head into 2019 strong with a pair of wins over California schools.

And, then, there’s the matter of Stanford’s 9-year, 10-game winning streak. The Bruins have a good chance to end it tomorrow.

That said, let’s look at the keys to a Bruin victory.


Keys to the Game

1. Stop Bryce Love — Last week, UCLA held the Trojans to 112 yards rushing. While Bryce Love hasn’t had the same kind of season he had last year, failing to stop Love can almost guarantee a loss. The Bruins need to stop Bryce Love.

2. Give Kelley the rock — The Stanford defensive line hasn’t been good. So, let Joshua Kelley do Joshua Kelley things and pound it down their throats. Another game like last week will go a long way to building a Kelley for Heisman campaign in 2019.

3. Minimize mistakes and the impact of them — David Shaw’s Stanford teams are known for their discipline. This game will be won by the team that minimizes the damage of their mistakes. UCLA needs to follow up last week’s game with another clean game penalty-wise while minimizing turnovers. To put this another way, they need to be their best when their best is required.
