The Ravens acquired the pick from Kansas City by trading back in an earlier round.
Young was a first team All-Pac-12 selection this past season. He led the Bruins in 2017 with 110 tackles, 8.5 for loss, one sack, and three passes deflected. In his junior year, he had 90 tackles, 8.5 for loss, with five sacks, three passes defensed, and three fumble recoveries and he was selected to the All-Pac-12 second team for his play.
Young is a tough linebacker who was a leader for the Bruins on the defensive side of the ball and he should compete for a starting spot with the Ravens right away.
Congratulations, Kenny!
Go Bruins!!!
