There is just one college football game on the schedule today when the Miami Hurricanes face the LSU Tigers at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. Today’s game will be broadcast by ABC at 4:30 pm PT.

The Canes were ranked 8th in the AP Preseason Poll while the Tigers were ranked 25th.

Despite finishing 9-4 last season, Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron starts off the season on the hot seat as impatient LSU fans have high expectations and want to see more from their team.

Meanwhile, Mark Richt has helped the Canes get some of their old swagger back. After going 9-4 in 2016, he led the Canes to the ACC Coastal title as part of a 10-3 season last year.

The Hurricanes will again start redshirt senior Malik Rosier at quarterback after throwing for 3,120 yards and 26 touchdowns last season while LSU will start Ohio State transfer Joe Burrow under the direction of offensive coordinator of Steve Ensminger who returns to the role after being demoted to tight ends coach last season.

This is your Miami vs. LSU open thread.
