UCLA Bruins at Colorado Buffaloes Game Thread

The Bruins begin their mountain road trip with a game against the Buffaloes.

This evening, the Bruins play their penultimate game of the regular season when they face the Colorado Buffaloes in Boulder at 6 pm PT on ESPN2.

Tonight’s game is a must-win for UCLA. The Bruins are in the driver’s seat right now when it comes to positioning for the Pac-12 Tournament. If UCLA wins tonight and on Saturday against Utah, they will finish in sole possession of third place in the Pac-12 and earn the number three seed for the Pac-12 Tourney. If they lose one or both games, things will get more complicated.

So, the first order of business is for the Bruins to go into Boulder and beat the Buffs tonight. Of course, that could prove to be harder to do than it is to write, but it doesn’t change the fact that UCLA needs a win tonight to stay in the hunt for a first round bye.
