The UCLA Bruins are just over a week away from starting their shortened 2020 football season, and though many questions remain about the start (and subsequent end) of the season amid a global pandemic, one of those questions has been answered by the Pac-12 Conference this week.
We have long since known that the USC Trojans and Arizona State Sun Devils are set to open the season at 9:00 am local time, 12:00 pm ET on the Fox Big Noon Kickoff, but we hadn’t been clued in to the rest of the conference’s 10 teams, including UCLA’s kickoff time.
Well, now we do.
UCLA is set to take on the Colorado Buffaloes at 7:00 pm ET, 5:00 pm local time and 4:00 pm PT. The game is set to air on ESPN2 and is the long Pac-12 game in that time slot, though Stanford vs Oregon kicks off a half hour later.
Former UCLA head coach Karl Dorrell gets welcomed back to Pac-12 play against his alma mater and school in which he compiled a 35-27 record with back from 2003-2007 before jettisoning to the NFL. Dorrell inherits a tough ask for a Colorado team, replacing a ton of stars and players all over but does return one of the conference’s best linebackers in Nate Landman.
More on this game in the days ahead.
Here’s the full Pac-12 schedule:
