The UCLA Bruins sported a single First-Team All-Pac-12 selection for the 2020 season, but it was a well-deserved honor for Osa Odighizuwa. He was joined by QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson, RB Demetric Felton and TE Greg Dulcich on the conference’s postseason honors board, as the trio of offensive players landed on the second-team.
Odighizuwa had a terrific season terrorizing quarterbacks with his pass-rush while he also served as a tremendous run defender for the Bruins defense that turned heads at times in 2020.
DTR earned a tie with Colorado QB Sam Noyer as the Second-Team All-Pac-12 had two quarterback selections on it. Felton was joined by Utah’s freshman RB Ty Jordan for the second-team running back spots while Dulcich was also featured with a Ute and in a tie with Utah TE Brant Kuithe.
The following Bruins were given Honorable Mention status for the 2020 season:
DB Stephan Blaylock, Jr.; LB Caleb Johnson, Jr.; DB Qwuantrezz Knight, Sr.; OL Sam Marrazzo, Jr.; WR/RS Kyle Philips, So.
Congratulations to Osa for his first-team status, an honor well deserved for sure. And congratulations to the rest of the Bruins to win postseason accolades in what can only be seen as a truly remarkable and one-of-a-kind season in 2020.
Go Bruins!
