No UCLA Bruin is likely to hear his name called on Thursday night during Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft but during these times of coronavirus, aren’t we all excited to see some live, meaningful sports?
I know I am and as such, I’m excited that we’re going to have a live, albeit completely virtual draft without missing much more than the on-stage interactions.
UCLA is likely seen as a school to have multiple Day 2 and Day 3 picks so Bruins fans across the world will certainly be more eager for Friday and Saturday but alas, who isn’t excited for some NFL action.
That being said, there are a few ways to watch the draft this year since it’s completely virtual. ESPN and NFL Network are combining packages to bring one singular broadcast while other streaming services will be carrying the draft as well.
ESPN and NFL Network’s coverage will be broadcast on both networks, beginning at 5 p.m. PT on Thursday and will be hosted by Trey Wingo with remote contributions from Mel Kiper Jr., Rich Eisen, Michael Irvin, Kurt Warner among others.
ABC will show a separate broadcast during Days 1 and 2, starting Thursday night, featuring Rece Davis, Jesse Palmer and Maria Taylor.
All rounds of the draft will be streamed on Watch ESPN, NFL.com and fuboTV.
