The New England Patriots had a need for tight end, and have filled that need with their selection of Devin Asiasi after trading up to Pick 91 of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Asiasi brings with him an incredible skillset both as a pass-catcher but also as a run-blocking and stout pass protector and he should fit perfectly into the Patriots system.
He’s got strong hands at the catch point and he lands with a team who has notoriously been known for finding ways to utilize their tight ends in the best way possible. Asiasi, in my opinion, lands at the perfect destination, no Tom Brady and all.
But that’s besides the point — the real question is — what do you think of the selection by the Patriots?
