In the play-in games, UC San Diego (18-18) will host Whittier (21-14). The winner will be placed in the championship bracket to play UCLA (24-2) in Game 3. In the other play-in game, Princeton (29-3) will host Wagner (25-8), with the winner advancing to the championship bracket to play Stanford (22-2) in Game 1. Rounding out the bracket with will be Southern California (22-5) facing University of Hawaii at Monoa (18-8) in Game 2 and California (19-7) competing against UC Irvine (19-8) in the fourth game.

I linked to my old article about it for background. I also emailed Bud Elliot to see if he was going to update the results. In the meantime, now that the 2015 class is inked up we have an eye-popping 15/19, or 79% blue-chip ratio but only for the 2015 class. Bud uses the data of 4 years, so a simple approximation yields a 50.5% composite blue-chip ratio. This squeaks us into championship level recruiting. I'll write a proper fanpost after I hear back from Bud.
Eric Sondheimer has a short article discussing how PG C.J. Hankins of Orange Lutheran has decided to attend UCLA. It is not known at this time whether Hankins will join the basketball team as a walk-on.
