This morning, Bruins Nation FanPulse voters received this week’s FanPulse ballots via email. While it will be a few days before we have those results, let’s check to see where what percentage of UCLA Bruins fans were confident in the direction of the program prior to this weekend’s games against the Arizona schools.

Despite the team’s improved play, fan confidence had fallen to a season-low 56% the last time we checked in. Well, after wins over Utah and Colorado, Bruin fan confidence has jumped back up to 84%. That’s the best it’s been since November which was the last time it broke the 90% mark.

Let’s look at the history of the poll since the start of the season:

In related news, fans were also asked which team has been the the most pleasant surprise this season. San Diego State topped the list with 21.3% while Baylor was second at 20.5% and Rutgers was third at 19.4%. Rounding out the list were Dayton at 18.8%, Florida State at 12.2% and Penn State at 7.9%.

You can still sign up to participate in the SB Nation/Bruins Nation Fan Pulse for basketball season. While there isn’t a basketball top 25 poll, you can voice your opinion on the direction of the UCLA basketball program!

What do you make of the current confidence level for the direction of the UCLA basketball program under Mick Cronin?
