2015 Pac-12 Football Media Days: Day 1 Open Thread

Media Days mean that Fall Training Camp is just around the corner!

Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports

Our long national nightmare is over. The college football season, or more correctly, the college football pre-season has arrived. At 8 am PT, the preseason Coaches Poll will be released. An hour later, at 9 am PT, Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott will be front and center as the 2015 Pac-12 Media Days begin.

In light of the fact that the AT&T-DirecTV merger was officially approved last week, I will not be surprised if Commissioner Scott doesn't announce that DirecTV will start carrying the Pac-12 Networks by the first weekend of the season.

Later on, the Bruins will take center stage. Coach Mora, "Coach Jake" Brendel and Deon Hollins will give Bruin fans their first taste of the season.

Our Pac-12 Media Days Schedule & Primer has the press conference and TV interview schedules for both today and tomorrow.

Bruin fans will want to tune in to the Pac-12 Networks, the Pac-12 Now apps or Pac-12.com at 11:45am to see the interview with Coach Mora and the players. If you're not at home or your TV provider doesn't carry Pac-12 Networks, you can watch for FREE using the Pac-12 Now app for your tablet or smartphone or on Pac-12.com.

While this will be your 2015 Pac-12 Football Media Days - Day 1 Open Thread to discuss what's going on, be sure to visit the front page as we will have more coverage of Media Days than ever before.

Go Bruins!!!
