Ten games over nine years. That’s the number of consecutive games in which Stanford has beaten UCLA. The Bruins came close to ending that streak the last time the teams met in the Rose Bowl back in 2016 when, with the Bruins trailing 16-13, Josh Rosen fumbled and it was returned for a touchdown to win 22-13. UCLA also came close in the 2012 Pac-12 Championship Game when a potential game-tying field goal was missed by Ka’imi Fairbairn.
Now, of course, there’s a chance that the Cardinal makes it 11 games in 10 years this afternoon. You just can’t count them out until the clock show “00:00” in the fourth quarter, but something tells me that this streak is going to end today.
Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.
Game Time Weather Forecast
It’s going to be another Chamber of Commerce day in Pasadena today. That’s because the forecast for kickoff is for it to be sunny with a temperature of about 65° with a relative humidity of about 64%.
Look for the temperature to stay pretty steady for most of the game. The temperature will peak for the day at 66°, probably around halftime. By the time the fourth quarter rolls around, it may drop back to 65°.
