How will the Bruins do in Chip Kelly’s debut?

It’s here! It’s finally here! We are now less than an hour away from kickoff of UCLA’s 100th season of football and the 1st season of the Chip Kelly era!

Are you excited yet? If not, please have someone check your pulse!

Every diehard Bruin fan should be giddy with excitement right about now. After all, you finally get to open that Christmas present you got from Dan Guerrero last Thanksgiving. I know. I know. You’re sooooo used to Dan giving you used pairs of socks for Christmas that it’s hard to think that last year he got you some thing to be excited about.

But, it’s a new day! As they say in baseball, hope springs eternal. If there is no hope, now when will there ever be hope for Bruin football?

And, as one last reminder, if you’re going to the game today — STAND THE HECK UP!

If you’re sitting behind me in section 16, I strongly advise that you do because I may not sit down the entire game.

Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.

Game Time Weather Forecast

The weather forecast looks good for this afternoon’s game. It should be sunny and a warm 84 degrees at kickoff.

By halftime, look for the temperature to drop into the low 80s and it should drop a few more degrees into the mid-to-upper 70s by the end of the game.
