UCLA heads into tonight’s game against Colorado with more questions than answers so far this season. After three games, the Bruins remain 0-3 and, by my account, they even lost the bye week last week, due to unneeded attention from the dad of quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson as well as the transfer of Devon Modster. According to Chip Kelly, graduate transfer Wilton Speight was cleared for practice after injuring his back against Cincinnati, but he wasn’t guaranteed to resume his role as the starting quarterback this week.
That leaves Bruin fans with a question about who will start at quarterback. All Chip Kelly would say is that the team would start whomever gives them the best chance to win.
But, that’s just the first of many questions Bruin fans are asking.
The other big question, of course, is “When will the Bruins finally put a game into that left column?” Is tonight the night?
Well, it is a night game, which means that #Pac12AfterDark could factor in. We’ll see....
Let’s look at the game time weather forecast.
Game Time Weather Forecast
The weather in Boulder looks to be a little on the chilly side. Thank goodness this game is being played in September and not November.
At kickoff, it should be only 48° with a relative humidity of 75%. It will likely be partly cloudy, but there’s no chance of rain.
Believe it or not, it might actually warm up a few degrees around halftime to 50° dropping back down to 47° in the fourth quarter.
