UCLA Bruins vs. North Carolina Tar Heels Game Thread

This afternoon, the UCLA basketball faces the North Carolina Tar Heels in the CBS Sports Classic at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

This afternoon’s game is the Bruins’ last non-conference game away from Pauley Pavilion and, while today’s game is being played on a neutral court, UCLA will be the road team in today’s contest.

A few weeks ago, it may have looked like North Carolina would easily win today’s game, but Tar Heel freshman guard Cole Anthony tore his meniscus and is out until February after having surgery to repair it. That makes this game a lot more winnable for the Bruins.

The biggest question now is: Can UCLA coach Mick Cronin get the Bruins to play tough enough defense to help the them win the game?
