NCAA Men’s Water Polo Semifinals: UCLA Bruins vs. Pacific Tigers Game Thread

This afternoon, the Bruins will take on the Tigers with the winner advancing to the National Championship game tomorrow.

Senior Max Irving is looking to win the final two games of his UCLA career this weekend.

Twice this season, UCLA played 5th seeded Pacific in Men’s Water Polo. Each time, the Bruins defeated the Tigers by just one goal.

The fact that those games were so close means that the Bruins cannot underestimate the Tigers. Pacific would love nothing more than to pick up their first win of the season over an MPSF team today and their second one tomorrow to win the National Championship.

Of course, the Bruins are looking to do the same thing and Adam Wright will certainly have his team ready to play today’s game.

It’s worth noting that neither of today’s games will be televised, nor will tomorrow’s national championship game. So, if you want to watch the Bruins this afternoon, you will need to watch the game on the NCAA website. The link to watch today’s game can be found in the sidebar.

This is your NCAA Men’s Water Polo National Semifinal open thread.

Go Bruins!!!
