Well - how is it going everyone? Earlier this am gbruin got us started with the first Game Day Bruin Bites of the season, setting the table for a great day of college football. GB already highlighted some good reasons for today. Thought I pile on the video preview from Ralph who has comments from Brett Hundley, XSF, Eric Kendricks, and Jordan Zumwalt with their thoughts on tonight's game.
As for this afternoon there are two really interesting games on tap. Mississippi State is taking on Oklahoma State in a matchup between two well-coached teams (Gundy v. Mullen) and the defending champions Alabama is opening up against Virginia Tech. Earlier in the AM Texas A&M looked a little rusty (on defense) against Rice but eventually got it going after Johnny Football served his joke suspension in first half.
Here is the full listing of today's CFB menu (including TV schedule) from SB Nation. Right now I am channel surfing among MSU v. Oklahoma State, Syracuse v. PSU, Central Michigan v Michigan, and Louisiana-Lafayette v. Arkansas. Nothing to crazy yet (Temple is also down 6-14 against the Domers as they just scored a TD byt missed the XP).
Anyway so glad this day is back. Enjoy football and party it up in our pre-game thread.
GO BRUINS.
