Bruins Move to #10 in Coaches Poll; Stay #12 in AP Poll

UCLA moved back into the Top 10 in the USA Today Coaches Poll while AP voters see the Bruins as as "all hat, no cattle", keeping them at #12.

The Bruins victory over Texas last night at JerryWorld has pushed the team back into the Top 10 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Meanwhile, the voters in the AP Poll continue to be unimpressed by UCLA, where the team remains at #12.

Other than Georgia and u$c both dropping, the Coaches Poll Top 10 is virtually unchanged this week. Oregon and Oklahoma flip-flopped the 3 and the 4 spots. Meanwhile, Georgia dropped from 6th to 14th and u$c plummeted from 9th to 21st.

The AP Poll also looks very similar to last week's poll. Of course, Georgia and u$c dropped, but our win over Texas was not good enough to move up in the polls as Ole Miss and idle Michigan State whose only win so far came against Jacksonville State jumped UCLA.

Apparently, the voters in the AP Poll seem to think that either we should have destroyed a weak Texas team or they may be worried that the injury to Brett Hundley may be more serious than initially thought.

Here's the complete polls with first place votes in parentheses.
