UCLA Women’s Soccer: Bruins at Texas A&M Game Thread

The Bruins have back-to-back games against ranked opponents, beginning with Texas A&M this afternoon.

The #15 UCLA Bruins (1-0) head to College Station to take on the #11 Texas A&M Aggies (1-1) tonight at 5:30 PDT. The game is available on SEC+ Network.

Amanda Cromwell’s Bruin squad leaves California for the first time this season after dispatching San Diego State 5-0 in their first regular season match up. Senior Darian Jenkins scored 3 goals in an eight-minute span, the first Bruin to record a hat trick since World Cup Champion Sydney Leroux in 2011.

Coming off two straight Elite Eight appearances, the Aggies dropped their first outing of the season to #1 Florida State, but followed that match with an easy victory over Rice.

On Sunday, the Bruins return to Westwood to host #6 Florida Gators at Drake Stadium.
