Sorry I missed you all last weekend. I had a series of computer problems, but we're back up and running again. Hopefully the Bruins use last weekend's series win to get themselves back up and running too.
Midweek games have been UCLA's bread and butter. They have been nothing short of dominant, winning 15 of their last 16 midweek contests, and they will look to keep that supremacy going tonight when they play UC Irvine at Anteater Ballpark.
Cody Poteet will be on the mound for UCLA. The freshman is 2-3 with a 4.66 ERA on the season, but is coming off of his best start of the season, having thrown five shutout innings en route to the win last week against Hawaii. The Anteaters will give the ball to Evan Brock, a right-handed junior who is 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA this season.
You can listen to the game live with John Ramey or follow along on GameTracker. You can also get all your updates, news and notes from my UCLA baseball Twitter. This is your open thread as UCLA looks to pick up yet another midweek win so chime in with updates and thoughts all night.
