UCLA's last home weekend series of the season gets underway tonight when the Bruins host Arizona at Jackie Robinson Stadium. Yes, the same Arizona that beat UCLA at the College World Series en route to the national title. They're back, but they're not quite as good as a year ago, sitting 10-11 in conference, while the Bruins are 14-7 and still hoping to creep into the Pac-12 title race.
Adam Plutko will get the nod for UCLA in what could be his last start in Westwood. He is 6-2 with a 2.68 ERA on the year and will be going up against James Farris, who is 4-4 with a 3.95 ERA this season.
If you're not out at the ballpark tonight, listen in to John Ramey and Tim Welhelm or follow along with GameTracker. This is your open thread so chime in with updates and observations as the Bruins look to win their fifth straight game.
