If the Bruins want a chance at that national seed, though, they will need a series win over Stanford to make it happen and after a loss last night, that means winning the last two games of the season.

UCLA will send Nick Vander Tuig to the bump tonight with the hope that the sterling junior can get them the first of those two wins. The right-hander is 10-3 with a 1.96 ERA on the year and will be opposed by John Hochstatter, who is 3-3 with a 3.65 ERA.
