While the NCAA Baseball Tournament Regional hosts were announced yesterday, the matchups weren't announced until this morning.
UCLA has earned the #1 overall national seed for the tournament. They will face Cal State Bakersfield on Friday at 8 pm PT.
The other schools in the Los Angeles Regional are Ole Miss and Maryland who will play at 4 pm PT.
Meanwhile, UC Santa Barbara was selected as a regional host for the Lake Elsinore Regional which will be played there because UCSB's field does not have lights. The Gauchos will face San Diego State while Just$c will play Virginia.
This sets up a potential Pac-12 matchup in the Super Regionals on June 5th if both the Bruins and the Trogans are able to win their Regional and advance.
