Tucker Forbes Drafted By SF Giants

The Giants have taken another Bruin. After drafting senior Grant Watson in the 16th round, the Giants selected one of his Bruin teammates Tucker Forbes in the 30th round.

Forbes is a redshirt sophomore who appeared in 38 games this season and posted a 2.11 ERA while striking out 45 and walking only 9.

Considering that this season was Forbes first seeing any action, it wouldn't be surprising to see him return to Westwood with hopes of improving his future draft stock. But, he could certainly opt to sign with the Giants instead. Only time will tell.
