UCLA Basketball: UCLA Bruins vs. Melbourne United Game Thread

This game should be more of a test for the Bruins. Whereas Sydney University was something like the equivalent of a D-III squad, Melbourne has guys who played D-I basketball, a couple who played in the NBA Summer League, and they’re an older bunch (curiously, their roster only lists six guys).

T.J. Leaf was the standout on Tuesday (Wednesday?). Will this be a breakout game for Lonzo Ball? Will Steve Alford’s trademark "no-defense" defense get the Bruins in trouble against some older guys?

We’ll gleam what we can from the box score in the morning. There’s no livestream for this game, but @UCLAMBB should have updates on twitter. If you can find any other good follows who may be live-tweeting in Melbourne, please share.
