The NCAA Tournament Selection Committee has spoken. UCLA is the 3rd seed in the South. They will play Kent State on Friday in Sacramento.
If they are able to advance to the Round of 32, they will play either Cincinnati or the winner of the Kansas State-Wake Forest First Four play-in game on Sunday.
Looming on the horizon is a possible rematch in the Sweet 16 with Kentucky. There's that sense of humor again.
Of course, that assumes that the Wildcats get Northern Kentucky and either Dayton or Wichita State.
As a result of being placed in the South region, that means that UCLA will travel to Sacramento this week and Memphis next week if they win twice this weekend.
Here is the complete printable bracket.

Of course, UCLA won’t have to worry about that part of the bracket until the Elite Eight.
Go Bruins!
