Last evening, UCLA Bruins point guard Aaron Holiday announced on Twitter that he is declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft. Holiday wrote the following:
After much thought and consideration, my family and I feel it is in my best interest to declare for the 2018 NBA draft. I want to thank God for giving me the ability to play this sport. I also want to thank my family, my coaches , UCLA, and the fans for always supporting me.

While it is still certainly possible that Holiday will withdraw his name by the deadline like he did last year, if you consider the year he had this year, it’s highly unlikely that he will.
In 33 games this season, Holiday averaged 20.3 points per game while shooting 46.1% from the field and 42.9% from behind the three-point line. He also averaged 5.8 assists per game and 3.7 rebounds per game. But, the stat which seems most remarkable is that, over the course of the entire season, he averaged 37.7 minutes per game.
On behalf of Bruins Nation, thanks, Aaron, for everything you did in your Bruin career to help UCLA basketball!
Go Bruins!!!
