Well, the season is over for the UCLA Bruins.
But, we’re not going to let our favorite team’s dismal season ruin all of the fun that is March Madness. As we have in years past, we have set up a Bruins Nation group for our NCAA Tournament Bracket Challenge.
Once again, BN will be using Yahoo! Sports for the Bracket Challenge.
We will use traditional scoring of 32 available points per round. So, each game in the first round is worth 1 point. Each game in the second round is worth 2 points. Each Sweet 16 game is worth 4 points. Each Elite Eight game is worth 8 points. The National Semifinals are worth 16 points each and the National Championship game is worth 32 points.
So, if you think you have what it takes to claim bragging rights this year, head over to Yahoo! Sports to join the Bruins Nation Bracket and sign up now! Unfortunately, there are no prizes other than bragging rights, but, hey, it’s also free to join! Just ask Svedish Chef who won last year. If you participated last year, you should have received an email inviting you to renew for this year. If you didn’t get that, just use the link above.
Our group is a private group. So, you may need to know the group ID and password in order to join, although if you use the link, it may not ask you for it. All Bruins Nation members are welcome to participate! The usual Bruins Nation community guidelines apply and anyone violating them or trolling will be removed from the contest without notice.
Our Group ID is: 52883
Our Group Password is: ByeByeBartow
You won’t be able to start adding your picks until after the seedings are announced on on Sunday. But, you can get signed up today and add your picks then. Just be sure to make your picks by the time the Tournament starts on Thursday because once it starts all picks will be locked.
Good luck and Go Bruins!
