Freshman Offensive Lineman Christian Morris has decided to transfer from UCLA, as confirmed by Ed Lewis of BSR:

Morris had an alarming series of tweets on his account today, which finally led to this:
Great guys that care about the person I thank the UCLA family for everything.Good luck on everything of the future.

Morris was a highly touted four star recruit out of high school, and we had to fight off Ole Miss and Tennessee for Morris. There was a lot of glee here when Morris signed, as we thought he had a shot to play immediately. We didn't hear much about him out of fall camp, as it was Caleb Benenoch and Alex Redmond that were fighting for the shot to start as a true freshman.
Further, Morris probably saw the people ahead of him at tackle, and he realized his chances to play may be slim at UCLA.
There hasn't been a mention of where Morris may land, but he'll probably head back home to Tennessee and pick a school closer to home. We wish Morris the best of luck wherever he may go.
And a final thought from Morris:
Bruin fans you guys are the best like I said before ! So supportive.

As we said, we wish him the best.
