BOOM! 3* Defensive End Rick Wade Commits to UCLA

The Bruin Revolution rolled on Thursday night as UCLA received a commitment from 3* Defensive End Rick Wade from Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita. Greg Biggins broke the news via Twitter.

Rick has been heavily recruited and, in addition to Boston College and Wisconsin, he received offers from six Pac-12 schools including Oregon, USC, Arizona State and Washington.

In addition to playing Defensive End, Wade has also played Tight End. He is listed at 6'6" and 234 lbs.

Wade is ranked by Rivals as the 30th best Defensive End in the nation and the 62nd best prospect in the state of California at any position.
