UCLA is in its final week of spring practice which culminates this Saturday at the Rose Bowl at 10 am UCLA Time. JoeBruin15 has been bringing us some pretty great pictures, but nothing is quite like getting to see the guys in action.
Fortunately, UCLA Football has released some footage of a few groups doing their thing. I am going to just embed the video and let you watch and comment for yourselves. If you need a roster to tell who the players are, there is one on the official site.
Linebacker U-CLA:
And in case you haven't heard, Deon Hollins was added to the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list this week. As you probably recall Eric Kendricks came home with the trophy last year, and Anthony Barr the year before.

Chris Foster had a nice article about how Kenny Young has to be Kenny Young, and that is a good thing:
Triche Brown, his adoptive mother, said as a young boy growing up in Louisiana that Young "would get up and go cook breakfast. He'd wash clothes. He'd do chores without anyone asking."
"He has a level of maturity that is uncommon in a kid that age," Coach Jim Mora said.
And on trying to model himself on EK, Young had this to say:
E.K. had a certain way, but I'm not the next Eric Kendricks. I am the first Kenny Young and I want to leave my legacy. That's going to be my approach the next couple years.
You lose everything if you're not yourself.
A huge thank you to the team's facebook page for the following videos.

I know that was short, but if you want to watch more, there is always last years'! (There's a lot more to see.)
The team also has some great shots on their instagram page, including video of all of this year's signees.
And in case you missed it, the team had a couple of visitors:

UCLA also got a big commitment last week from 4 star wide receiver Darian Owens. Ed Lewis at Bruins Sports Report has some video with analysis and talks about the role Josh Rosen played in Owens' decision. According to Rivals, UCLA's 2016 recruiting class ranks 8th in the country (just ahead of the place across town).
If you would like to get out to see the Bruins practice before the long wait for August, they will be out there today at 4:30 pm and Wednesday and Thursday at 7 am. We will also be planning a BN tailgate for the Showcase on Saturday. Stay tuned for more information.
Based on a 4 pm UCLA Time start (which is yet to be determined):
