It's Officially Official! UCLA OC Noel Mazzone and QB Coach Taylor Mazzone Finalize Deal With Texas A&M

Whew! That was close.

Yesterday was a day which saw Noel Mazzone go to College Station and then fly back to LA without having signed a contract with Texas A&M, leaving many wondering if he was really going to leave Westwood.

This morning, however, Bruin fans have gotten what they wanted: Noel and Taylor Mazzone are leaving.

Both Joe Schad of ESPN and Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports have tweeted that Noel has accepted Texas A&M's job offer and that Taylor is joining him there.

Noel Mazzone, Texas A&M have finalized 3-year deal. Taylor Mazzone goes, too.

Update: Texas A&M has posted an article about the hiring on their official site 12thman.com and sources inside the UCLA Athletic Department have confirmed their departure.
