USC TE Caleb Wilson who was a preferred walk-on with the Trojans last season is transferring to UCLA according to Adam Kramer.
Preferred walk-on USC tight end Caleb Wilson will transfer to UCLA, per a source. Will go on scholarship when he arrives.

Wilson had asked Southern Cal Coach Clay Helton for his release after his dad former Trojan DL Coach Chris Wilson was let go when Helton was named as Steve Sarkisian's permanent replacement.
LA Daily News reporter Scott Wolf had reported that Wilson was considering a transfer to Old Dominion because he had committed there at one point during his recruiting process and TrojanSports.com confirmed in December that he had been in contact with the school.
He played quarterback at Junipero Serra in Gardena before switching to receiver during his senior season and then to tight end at Southern Cal.
He will have to sit out a year due to the transfer, but he did redshirt last season at SC. So, he will be a sophomore when he can take the field for the Bruins in 2017.
Welcome to Westwood, Caleb!
Go Bruins!
